How gradient color laminated glass is made?

A digital printer is used to print a high-quality image or design onto a special film or interlayer of gradient color laminated glass. The printer uses high-resolution, non-toxic ceramic inks which are then fused with the glass surface.
The printed interlayer is sandwiched between the sheets of glass. The laminated glass stack is then placed in a laminating oven, which is heated to a specific temperature and pressure. The heat and pressure bond the layers together, and any air pockets are removed.
The finished product is a laminated glass panel with a beautifully printed design that is protected from both sides as the interlayer holds the glass pieces together.
