How is colored laminated glass made?

The process of making coloured laminated glass involves several steps. The first step is cutting two pieces of glass into desired shapes and sizes, followed by cleaning them thoroughly to ensure they are free from dirt and dust particles. The second step is applying the PVB film between the two pieces of glass using either manual application or an automated machine that applies adhesive directly onto the glass surface for even coverage. Finally, the two pieces of glass are fused together in a heated press.

Production details of double laminated glass

Cut the raw glass material to size;
Do the edge works for the cut to size glass;
Drill holes if there are any;
Tempering process under 600~700 degree temperature;
Transfer the tempered glass to laminated lines;
Finish and packed the laminated glass products in strong plywood crates.
