17.52mm curved balcony railing glass production process technology
17.52mm curved laminated glass is produced by permanently bonding two pieces of 8mm glass together with a 1.52mm PVB interlayer. According to the position of use, different colors of PVB and different types of glass may be applied in the process, to obtain different characteristics for the decoration.

Bending
The glass under the tempering process heating the glass to over 620 degrees and then cool down rapidly by a strong wind jet, during the cooling curving the glass at the same time.
Lamination
Using the autoclave process, join two pieces of curved glass together with a PVB interlayer. The required processing temperature inside the autoclave is around 120–140 °C; the pressure is about 12 bars.
The lamination of curved glass sheets is the most common process to manufacture curved multi-layer safety glass. Since the glass is laminated, it fulfills safety glass requirements and can make very flexible shapes.
