Heat Insulation Fire Resistant Glass

Fire resistant glass is made of two or more layers of glass which are compounded and injected withfire-proof glue layer between the glasses, which can meet the requirements of corresponding fre resistance rating.Due to the use of advanced nanotechnology production, the fire-resistant glass can be cut.

Fire Prevention Principle:

In the process of combustion, the flame will produce very high heat, and pass through the glass in the way of heatradiation and heat conduction, so that the temperature of the back fire surface of the glass increases continuously.When it reaches a certain degree, the heat will make people or combustibles burn or ignite without touching the flame.The fire-proof glass contains a unique fire-proof adhesive layer that quickly hardens when encountering high tem-perature, forming an opaque fire-proof adhesive plate.At the same time , the adhesive layer absorbs a lot of flame heat(the average surface temperature of the back fre surface of the glass is not more than 140 ℃), so as to prevent thehigh temperature from conducting to the back fre surface, and its firmness can also effectively block the flame, whichcan effectively ensure the safety of people and property.

Single sheet fire resistant glass is a kind of special glass which is composed of single-layer glass and uses specialtechnology to carry out chemical and physical treatment on the glass so as to meet the requirements of correspondingfre resistance rating.

Fire Prevention Principle:

The excellent fire resistance of monolithic fire-resistant glass comes from its very low coefficient of thermal expan-sion,which is 2-3 times lower than that of ordinary glass. Iin addition, the monolithic fire-proof glass also has highsoftening point, excellent thermal shock resistance and viscosity and other excellent characteristics. Therefore, whena fire occurs, the single piece of fire-proof glass is not easy to expand and crack, so as to achieve an ultra long fireprotection time limit.
