1-What is 664 TVG VSG?
664 TVG VSG also called 6+1.52+6mm half-tempered laminated glass, or 13.52mm heat strengthened laminated glass, which often uses two panes of 6mm heat strengthened glass, together with 1.52mm PVB or SGP for glass, after high pressure, a complete laminated glass is formed.
This kind of glass has very good safety performance, and weight not heavy, so widely used for railings, canopies, partitions, and so on.

5-Quality control for 664 TVG VSG
Nowadays, 13.52mm transparent half-tempered laminated glass is widely used in construction, and controlling the quality of glass railings is very important. The TVG VSG glass produced by Dragon Glass meets the following standards:

6. Production Details
Cutting line
Dragon Glass group has over 7 cutting lines, including Bottero, Lisec auto cutting line, CNC cutting line, and so on, according to the customer’s CAD drawing, our professional team will try our best to help you with your glass sizes and shapes.
Edging line
Support over 12 types of edge polishing, including Flat polished, beveling, and round edge, no matter whether building glass, but also furniture glass edges, if you have other glass requirements, kindly contact our team.
Tempering & bending line
After high temperature and pressure, the glass will be finished to heat strengthened, to ensure safety and durability.
Laminating line
The professional workers will combine two pieces of 6mm half-tempered glass (1/4 heat strengthened glass) with interlayers like 1.52mm SGP or PVB, and make a pre-laminate before high temperature and pressure.
Autoclave
All the laminated glass will be moved to the Autoclave from Dragon Glass, and after hours of high temperature and pressure, which is cooling, will be moved to the inspection room for our QA & QC checking.
7. Packing and Delivery
In every step of the production process of HS laminated glass, a light needs to be shined on the glass to ensure that there are no scratches, bumps, or watermarks.
