PVB Glass
PVB is one of the most popular and commonly used interlayers within architecture. Its optical clarity, flexibility, and ability to adhere to many surfaces make it a primary interlayer for glass manufacturers.
SGP Glass
SGP interlayer is stronger and more rigid than conventional laminating materials, creating safety glass that protects against storms, impacts, and blasts. SGP interlayer is less susceptible to moisture, weathering, and edge defects than other interlayers.
EVA Glass
EVA interlayer adheres to glass and other materials better than PVB and is available in many colors. EVA interlayer allows distinctive products such as fabrics, paper, decorative wire mesh, etc. to be combined in the glass build-up.
Applications
Production
Glass is widely used in buildings for its transparency and optical performance and resistance to the environment, such as wind, rain and temperature variations, etc. However, as basic material, it is inherently brittle. A laminated glass interlayer is generally the preferred way of overcoming these limitations.

Annealed Laminated Glass
We provide 6.38mm, 8.38mm, 10.38mm, 12.38mm, and 16.76mm float laminated glass, colored PVB and Tinted Glass are available.Annealed glass can be cut, machined, drilled, edged, and polished.
Tempered Laminated Glass & Multilayer Laminated Glass
Laminated glass can use two or more pieces of glass permanently bonded together with one or more interlayers using heat and pressure. When correctly toughened, heat soaked, and laminated in multiples, the resulting strength can cope with the most arduous applications.
Frosted Laminated Glass
Frosted Laminated GlassFor laminated glass frosted effect, normally there are two methods: acid etching & sandblasting. Acid etching is more smooth and leaves no fingerprint. Sandblasting is more efficient in production and economics.
Silk Screen Printing Laminated Glass
Silkscreen types: Fullscreen, gradient designs, dots, bars, partially printed; Silkscreen colors:Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, golden, metal colors, etc. are available.

Bent Laminated Glass
For bend laminated glass, we have two methods, the curved tempering process, and the hot bending process. Curved laminated glass is to laminate the two curved glass panels after the glass curving process.
Colored PVB Laminated Glass
Colored laminated glass is glass produced by combining two or more sheets of glass with colored polyvinyl butyral (PVB) interlayers. Combining color interlayers to produce more than hundreds of thousands of transparent, translucent, or solid colored glass combinations.
Switchable Smart Laminated Glass
Laminating the two pieces of glass panels together with a PDLC film with an EVA interlayer, under a high vacuum environment and high temperature (around 120 degrees) and then forming a permanent bond. After installation, when one clicks electricity power on, the smart glass will turn clear. When the power is off, the smart glass will become milky white, providing a privacy and decoration effect.
